These Be Limitless Terms and Conditions explain the terms governing participation in our workshops, retreats and personal development experiences. They cover bookings, payments, cancellations, transfers, participant responsibilities, privacy and other important conditions relating to the Be Limitless Harlequin Experience, Satori Retreat and Aurora Retreat.
1. Parties, application and definitions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings for the Be Limitless Harlequin Experience, including the BreakThrough and Chalice workshops, the Satori and Aurora retreats, the four current packages in Schedule 1, and associated programmes identified in the Participant’s booking confirmation. The contracting party is Be Limitless 42 (Pty) Ltd (the “Company”). Company registration number: 2013/121445/07. Business address: 201 Allan Road, Glen Austin AH, Midrand, 1685, South Africa.
In these Terms:
- “Company” means Be Limitless 42 (Pty) Ltd.
- “Participant” means the person booking or attending an experience.
- “Harlequin Experience” means the two-part programme comprising BreakThrough (Part 1) and Chalice (Part 2), unless a package expressly provides otherwise.
- “Retreat” means Satori or Aurora, as selected in the booking.
- “Written notice” means notice sent through the designated email address or another written channel expressly specified in the booking confirmation.
- “Package” means the package selected by the Participant and recorded in the booking confirmation.
These Terms must be read together with the package description, booking confirmation, payment schedule, retreat-specific information and, for Vanguard, the signed bespoke agreement. A signed package-specific agreement prevails only on matters it expressly addresses, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any additional product-specific terms must be provided before purchase and read together with these Terms.
2. Package selection and prices
The package and payment option selected by the Participant must be recorded in writing at booking. The prices and payment options are listed in Schedule 1 and are stated in South African rand (R). Any applicable taxes, fees or additional charges must be disclosed before purchase.

| Standard | As above. | Once-off payment; saves R1,500 against the 4-instalment total | R11,100 |
Payment schedule: Unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing, all instalments must be paid in full before the Participant completes the relevant programme. The booking confirmation should state due dates, payment method, consequences of late or failed payment, and whether a place is held while instalments remain outstanding.
The conditional 200% money-back guarantee applies only to the Standard Package and is calculated as a total payout equal to twice the package price applicable to the payment option selected by the Participant. Details are set out in Section 7.
Vanguard bookings require a separate written bespoke agreement signed before the experience begins. That agreement must set out the programme scope, deliverables and duration; coaching, follow-up and support; travel, accommodation and other inclusions or exclusions; payment and cancellation terms; enhanced confidentiality and media restrictions; and any other customised arrangements.
3. Booking, payment and confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and any stated suitability or participation requirements.
- A booking is confirmed when the Company has issued written confirmation and the applicable booking/payment requirements have been met.
- Where an instalment plan is selected, the Participant must follow the written payment schedule. All instalments must be settled before programme completion unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
- Failure to pay an amount when due may result in suspension of access or participation, subject to applicable law and any notice or remedy rights required by law.
- The Participant must provide accurate contact, billing and booking information and notify the Company of material changes.
4. Harlequin Experience: structure, attendance and completion
The Harlequin Experience ordinarily consists of:
- Part 1: BreakThrough Workshop.
- Part 2: Chalice Workshop.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants purchasing a package that includes both workshops must complete Chalice within 180 days after completing BreakThrough. If the period expires, re-registration or additional fees may apply only where the applicable terms were disclosed before purchase and subject to applicable law. If a delay is caused by the Company’s rescheduling, the Company will agree a reasonable alternative arrangement.
4.1 Indicative workshop schedules
BreakThrough indicative schedule:
- Registration: 15h40.
- Day 1: 16h00–23h30.
- Day 2: 16h00–23h30.
- Day 3: 16h00–22h30.
- Day 4: 10h00–17h30.
Chalice indicative schedule:
- Registration: 15h40.
- Wednesday: 16h00–23h00.
- Thursday: 16h00–23h00.
- Friday: 10h00–21h00.
- Saturday: 10h00–21h00.
The booking confirmation for each event will state the actual dates, venue and timetable. Sessions may run beyond the listed times where reasonably required by the process. Participants are responsible for arranging their own meals, transport and accommodation for workshops unless the booking expressly states otherwise.
4.2 Attendance and pre-work
Full attendance, punctuality and active participation in all scheduled sessions are required for programme completion and, where applicable, eligibility for the Standard Package guarantee. Late arrival, early departure, non-attendance or failure to complete required processes may result in the Participant being unable to complete the programme or qualify for the guarantee.
For Chalice, any compulsory questionnaire and required pre-work must be completed honestly and submitted by the deadline communicated in the event instructions. The Company will communicate the applicable deadline clearly and sufficiently in advance.
5. Satori and Aurora retreats
Satori and Aurora are four-day immersive experiences. The stated retreat package includes accommodation, meals, facilitation, logistics and transport from the designated meeting point to the retreat venue and back, unless the booking confirmation says otherwise. The booking confirmation must identify the retreat, dates, meeting point, inclusions, exclusions, transport arrangements and any participant items to bring.
- Participation is voluntary. Participants must take responsibility for their conduct and wellbeing and disclose information reasonably necessary for safe participation.
- The retreats are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis or advice and are not a substitute for professional care.
- In an urgent medical situation, the Participant authorises the Company to arrange reasonable emergency assistance. Medical and related costs remain the Participant’s responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law.
- The Company may remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or materially detrimental to the group, subject to applicable law and reasonable safety considerations.
- Events beyond the Company’s reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, transport disruption or venue unavailability—may require a workshop or retreat to be adapted, rescheduled or cancelled. The Company will notify affected Participants as soon as reasonably practicable and, where possible, offer a replacement date or available alternative. Any refund, credit or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law. A credit will be offered only as a voluntary alternative where a refund or other remedy is legally due.
The Company is Be Limitless 42 (Pty) Ltd for all workshops, experiences and retreats covered by these Terms.
6. Cancellations, transfers, non-attendance and Company changes
This policy applies to all participant cancellations and booking transfers for Be Limitless workshops and retreats, including BreakThrough, Chalice (Harlequin), Satori and Aurora.
Be Limitless operates a no-refund booking policy. Participants who are unable to attend may arrange for a replacement participant to take over their booking, subject to the approval and transfer conditions set out below.
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and any other applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies available to a participant.
6.1 How to give notice
Cancellation or transfer requests must be sent in writing to limitless@belimitless.co.za, or to another written contact expressly stated in the booking confirmation.
The date Be Limitless receives the written notice will be used to calculate the notice period. Calendar days are counted, including weekends and public holidays.
The participant should include their full name, booked experience, programme date and booking reference, if available.
6.2 Participant cancellations and refunds
All workshop and retreat bookings are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may arrange for another person to take over their booking in accordance with clause 6.5.
If a participant cannot find a replacement, the booking remains non-refundable and no automatic credit towards another workshop or retreat will be provided.
6.3 No automatic booking credit
A participant who cancels their booking will not automatically receive a credit, voucher or transfer of their booking value towards a future Be Limitless experience.
Any exception must be expressly agreed to in writing by Be Limitless, subject to applicable law.
6.4 Death or hospitalisation
No cancellation fee will be imposed where the participant is unable to honour the booking because of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or for whose benefit, the booking was made, as required by section 17(5) of the Consumer Protection Act.
Be Limitless may request reasonable supporting information where lawful and appropriate.
6.5 Booking transfers to another participant
A participant who is unable to attend may request to transfer their booking to another person. A transfer is not effective unless Be Limitless approves it in writing.
The original participant is responsible for finding a suitable replacement.
The proposed replacement must:
Satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements.
Complete the required registration and consent forms.
Accept these Terms and Conditions.
Pay any outstanding amounts required for the booking.
Receive written approval from Be Limitless before the transfer is finalised.
A participant taking over a Chalice booking must have successfully completed BreakThrough, unless Be Limitless confirms an exception in writing.
Retreat transfers
For Satori and Aurora retreat bookings, transfer requests should be received at least 72 calendar days before the retreat start date.
Requests received after this period may be considered individually, but approval is not guaranteed.
The administration fee for an approved retreat replacement is R1,050.
Workshop transfers
The administration fee for an approved workshop replacement is R500.
Transfer conditions
The applicable administration fee must be paid before the transfer is finalised.
The replacement participant takes over the existing booking and its applicable conditions.
The original participant remains responsible for all booking obligations until the replacement has been formally approved and the transfer completed.
Once the replacement has completed registration, accepted these Terms and Conditions, settled any required outstanding amounts and received written approval, the original participant will be released from their booking obligations.
Any private payment arrangement between the original participant and replacement participant is their own responsibility. Be Limitless is not responsible for facilitating or resolving such arrangements.
A booking transfer does not constitute a refund. The administration fees remain subject to applicable law.
6.6 Non-attendance, late arrival, early departure or withdrawal
A participant who does not attend, arrives late, leaves early or withdraws after a programme begins will not ordinarily receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the programme, subject always to applicable law and the circumstances.
Failure to attend a programme without prior written notice does not entitle the participant to automatic credit towards another experience, subject to any statutory rights or remedies.
6.7 Removal from a programme
Be Limitless may remove a participant where reasonably necessary because of serious misconduct, a safety risk, significant disruption or material failure to disclose information relevant to safe participation.
6.8 Cancellation, rescheduling or material change by Be Limitless
If Be Limitless reschedules a workshop or retreat, it will communicate the change and offer the participant the replacement date.
The participant may accept that date or request an available alternative.
If the new date is unsuitable, the programme cannot be delivered, or the change materially affects the booking, the participant retains any remedies available under applicable law.
For retreats, Be Limitless will communicate date changes as early as reasonably possible.
If Be Limitless cancels a programme entirely, it will provide the remedies required by applicable law.
6.10 Existing additional Chalice cancellation charges
The cancellation schedule in this section is the complete cancellation-charge schedule for these programmes. No additional R1,000 or R2,500 Chalice cancellation administration fee will be charged on top of that schedule.
7. Standard Package: conditional 200% money-back guarantee
The conditional 200% money-back guarantee applies only to the Standard Package. No money-back guarantee applies to Vanguard, Minimum or Core Essentials.
7.1 Eligibility requirements
A Participant seeking the Standard Package guarantee must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements, which must be disclosed before purchase:
- Have purchased the Standard Package.
- Complete both BreakThrough and Chalice within 180 days, unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing or the delay is caused by the Company’s own rescheduling.
- Attend all scheduled sessions on time and remain for their full duration, subject to reasonable exceptions approved by the Company.
- Participate respectfully and complete the required exercises and integration tasks.
- Submit the required Chalice questionnaire and pre-work by the deadlines communicated to the Participant.
- Engage with the follow-up support expressly listed in the Standard Package description.
- Submit the guarantee claim by email to limitless@belimitless.co.za within 7 calendar days after completing Chalice.
7.2 Review and decision process
After receiving a timely claim, the Company will review the attendance record, completion requirements and other published eligibility conditions, and communicate its decision in writing within 30 calendar days. The Participant must provide information reasonably necessary to assess the claim. Any approved payment will be made within 30 calendar days after approval.
7.3 Guarantee amount
The guarantee payout is a total amount equal to 200% of the package price applicable to the payment option selected by the Participant. It is not the original package price plus an additional 200% on top. Based on the prices listed in Schedule 1, the total payout is R25,200 for the R12,600 option, R24,800 for the R12,400 option, or R22,200 for the R11,100 option. The applicable amount is the price recorded in the Participant’s booking confirmation.
7.4 Exclusions and legal rights
The guarantee is a contractual benefit and does not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No guarantee condition may be drafted or applied in a way that makes the advertised promise misleading or impossible to claim in practice.
8. Conduct, confidentiality and safety
- Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly and follow reasonable safety instructions.
- Participants must keep confidential personal information and experiences shared by other participants, subject to disclosures required by law or necessary to address a genuine safety concern.
- Participants must not record, reproduce or distribute workshop processes, participant disclosures or materials without prior written permission, except where a legal right cannot be excluded.
- The Company may remove a participant for disruptive, abusive or unsafe conduct. The financial consequences of removal must be governed by the final cancellation and refund policy and applicable law.
- Participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their choices and wellbeing during and after the programme. Be Limitless does not provide medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
9. Intellectual property and use of materials
Workshop and retreat materials, exercises, written content, recordings, course content and methods supplied by Be Limitless remain owned by Be Limitless or the relevant rights holder. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable right to use materials supplied to them for their own learning, subject to any stated licence. Participants may not copy, publish, sell, distribute, record or commercially exploit those materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
10. Photography, video and privacy
10.1 Photography and Recording
Be Limitless may take photographs, make video recordings or capture audio during workshops, experiences, retreats and related activities for legitimate operational, educational, documentation or promotional purposes.
Participants will be informed when photography, video or audio recording is taking place. Attendance at, registration for or participation in a Be Limitless programme does not, by itself, constitute consent to the use or publication of a participant’s image, voice, name or likeness for marketing, advertising or other promotional purposes.
10.2 Separate Media Consent
Where Be Limitless intends to use identifiable photographs, video footage, audio recordings, testimonials or other media featuring a participant for marketing, advertising, educational or promotional purposes, the participant’s consent must be obtained through a separate, clear and informed media consent process before such material is published or used for those purposes.
Participants must be given a meaningful opportunity to indicate whether they consent to the proposed use of their image, voice, likeness or testimonial. Where appropriate, consent options may distinguish between website content, social media, advertising, educational materials and other promotional channels.
Declining media consent will not, in itself, affect a participant’s eligibility to attend or participate in a programme. Be Limitless will take reasonable steps to respect participants’ recorded consent choices and ensure that media is used only within the scope of the consent granted.
10.3 Participant Privacy and Confidentiality
Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants. Unless expressly authorised by the individuals concerned or otherwise lawfully permitted, participants must not photograph, film, record, publish or distribute material that identifies another participant or reveals their participation in a Be Limitless programme.
This obligation is particularly important during activities involving personal sharing, emotional vulnerability, private discussions or confidential experiences.
10.4 Enhanced Confidentiality Arrangements
Certain programmes or participants may be subject to enhanced confidentiality requirements or specific restrictions relating to photography, video, audio recording, identification and publicity.
Where such arrangements apply, the applicable requirements must be documented in the relevant bespoke participant agreement and communicated to the individuals responsible for delivering or documenting the programme. These arrangements will take precedence over general media practices to the extent that they impose stricter requirements.
10.5 Personal Information and Data Protection
Be Limitless will handle photographs, recordings, contact details, consent records and other personal information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), where applicable.
Personal information will be collected, accessed, used, stored, shared and retained for lawful and specified purposes, with appropriate safeguards against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss.
Participants may contact Be Limitless to raise questions about media consent, request information about the use of their personal information or exercise applicable privacy rights. Any request to withdraw media consent or restrict future use will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the relevant use. Withdrawal will not necessarily invalidate processing or publication that was lawful before the withdrawal, and material already distributed may not always be capable of complete retrieval.
10.6 Responsibility for Implementation
Be Limitless will establish and maintain an appropriate media consent process, retain records of consent and any subsequent changes, and communicate relevant restrictions to facilitators, staff, contractors, photographers and other authorised persons.
No provision in this section limits any rights or protections available to participants under applicable law.
11. Website, digital content and consumer terms
Use of the Be Limitless website and purchase of digital products or services may be subject to additional product-specific terms communicated before purchase. Such terms will be read together with these Terms and must comply with applicable law. The Company may introduce future products or services and provide additional terms specific to them, provided those terms are supplied before purchase and do not exclude or limit any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To view available packages and make a booking, visit Book Your Experience.
Workshop, experience and retreat bookings are governed by the relevant booking terms and the cancellation, refund and transfer provisions in this document. Any separate returns policy relating to physical goods applies only to those goods and does not replace the terms governing programme bookings.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, limits or overrides any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any applicable cancellation or cooling-off rights for online, electronic or direct-marketing transactions.
12. Company changes, liability and governing law
The Company may make reasonable operational or safety adjustments to programme logistics or dates. Any change, cancellation, and the Participant’s available options will be handled under Section 6 and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any non-excludable consumer rights. Any limitation of liability, indemnity or assumption-of-risk clause must be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory legal rules that apply.
13. Complaints, notices and amendments
Participants should submit booking, cancellation, transfer and guarantee notices to limitless@belimitless.co.za. The Company may also be contacted on +27 82 695 6683 or at 201 Allan Road, Glen Austin AH, Midrand, 1685, South Africa. Company registration number: 2013/121445/07. For other enquiries, visit Contact Be Limitless.
Changes to these Terms will be published with an effective date and will not retrospectively change a confirmed booking unless permitted by law or agreed by the Participant. The version applicable to a booking will be retained with the booking record.
15. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
16. Sponsors
17. Indemnification, Participant Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be fraudulent or that are placed by dealers, distributors or resellers.
If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Late payment constitutes a breach of agreement, subject to any applicable notice, remedy and consumer protection requirements.
You agree to provide current, accurate, up-to-date and complete account information for all purchases made through any of our online portals.

If you choose to sponsor a participant, we appreciate your generosity. Based on our experience, the following terms apply to sponsors.
A “Sponsor” is any person who commits to provide or be responsible for the financial component of a participant’s booking, or who takes responsibility for the participant fulfilling their agreement and financial commitments. This may include parents, guardians, friends, family members or other individuals.
There are three classes of sponsors. For further information and support, please refer to the related content, articles and podcasts made available by Be Limitless.
Sponsors are encouraged to book a complimentary question-and-answer session so that we can meet, discuss the arrangement and clarify expectations. Sponsors are encouraged to ask questions and address any uncertainty before the participant begins the experience.
We want sponsors to understand the nature of the Be Limitless organisation and the Harlequin Experience. Our intention is to support participants in becoming more functional and empowered individuals. The participant may not emerge from the experience in the way a sponsor expects. Further information about this process is available in our additional articles, content and podcasts.
Being a sponsor does not give any individual authority to make unreasonable requests or demands of Be Limitless 42 (Pty) Ltd, its administration, facilitators, directors, or any person connected directly or indirectly to the Harlequin Experience.
A sponsor may not independently request a refund. Any refund request must be initiated by the sponsored participant, independently of the sponsor, and must comply with the refund and cancellation provisions in these Terms and Conditions.
If a refund is lawfully due and all applicable requirements have been met, the refund may be paid directly into the sponsor’s account where the sponsor was the original payer, subject to applicable law.
Sponsors may contact limitless@belimitless.co.za or call or send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +27 82 695 6683.

- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your unlawful conduct or violation of applicable laws.
- Your infringement of the rights of another person or third party.
- Any deliberate, negligent or wrongful act or omission on your part that causes loss or damage to another person.
This indemnification does not apply to any loss, damage or liability caused by the negligence, gross negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of legal obligations by Be Limitless or its representatives, nor does it exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
17.2 Voluntary Participation and Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in the Harlequin Experience, including BreakThrough, Chalice (also referred to as Harlequin), and any additional workshops, retreats, coaching or other experiences offered by Be Limitless, is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, conduct and personal boundaries throughout your participation and thereafter.
You are expected to exercise reasonable care for your own safety and wellbeing, respect the safety and boundaries of other participants, and take personal responsibility for your choices during all activities and exercises.
Be Limitless does not accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged while on its premises or at an event venue, except where such loss or damage results from circumstances for which Be Limitless is legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
17.3 Nature and Scope of the Experience
You acknowledge that Be Limitless and the Harlequin Experience provide personal development, educational and experiential workshops and retreats.
Neither Be Limitless nor the Harlequin Experience is advertised, intended or offered as:
- A drug or substance rehabilitation programme.
- Psychiatric or psychological treatment.
- Medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy.
- A guaranteed financial, business or wealth-building programme.
- A substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric or other specialised assistance.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other clinical treatment relationship.
Participants who require medical, psychological, psychiatric or substance rehabilitation support are encouraged to seek assistance from appropriately qualified professionals.
17.4 Communication, Concerns and Feedback
Be Limitless values open communication, mutual respect and constructive feedback.
If you experience dissatisfaction, have a concern or believe that something has not been handled appropriately during your experience, we encourage you to communicate directly with Be Limitless so that we have a reasonable opportunity to understand the matter and, where appropriate, address it.
We are committed to listening to genuine concerns and continually improving the quality of our experiences.
We ask that all communication, feedback and public commentary concerning Be Limitless, its facilitators, participants and programmes be made honestly, respectfully and in good faith.
This request does not restrict your legal rights to raise complaints, share truthful experiences, seek independent advice or pursue any remedies available to you under applicable law.
Our intention is to maintain a relationship built on mutual respect, honesty and accountability, both during your experience and beyond it.
17.5 Definition of the Completed Harlequin Experience
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Harlequin Experience refers to the full programme comprising both:
- BreakThrough Workshop.
- Chalice Workshop.
Completion of the Harlequin Experience requires participation in and completion of both workshops, including the relevant exercises, activities, processes, practical applications, reflection tasks, journaling, feedback opportunities and question-and-answer sessions forming part of the programme.
Where applicable to the participant’s selected package, this may also include additional support services, coaching, supplementary materials and post-course activities.
17.6 Meaning of Full Participation and Completion
Where these Terms and Conditions refer to full participation, genuine engagement or completion of the Harlequin Experience, this means making a reasonable and genuine commitment to the programme, including:
- Attending the scheduled workshop sessions.
- Participating in the activities, games, exercises and processes.
- Engaging with the concepts and their practical application.
- Completing the relevant reflection, journaling and follow-up tasks.
- Participating in feedback and question-and-answer opportunities.
- Engaging respectfully with fellow participants and peer activities.
- Making reasonable use of the additional support services included in your selected package.
- Participating in applicable post-course activities and events.
Full participation is about genuine engagement and a sincere commitment to the process. It does not require you to disclose personal information, participate in an activity against your will or compromise your personal safety or boundaries.
Any additional requirements relating to a specific package, programme or guarantee will be set out separately in the applicable package terms or guarantee agreement.
